Puneet leads Sera Neon’s global operations with over 20 years of Oracle Cloud delivery and leadership experience. Under his direction, the firm has grown into a trusted Oracle partner supporting clients across the UK, USA, India and the Middle East. He brings deep expertise in Oracle ERP, HCM, EPM and Procurement, guiding teams to deliver measurable value through precision, transparency and innovation. Puneet is known for his collaborative leadership and focus on long-term client success.
Matt Gascoigne
With decades of experience leading Oracle transformation programmes, Matt specialises in aligning people, processes, and technology to drive business outcomes.
As Chief Operating Officer at Sera Neon, he is responsible for strengthening operational excellence, enhancing customer success, and shaping the internal ways of working that enable sustainable growth. His expertise spans programme delivery, governance, and client advisory across complex, multi-stream Oracle environments.
Kirsty Pine
Kirsty is a seasoned Programme and Customer Success Director with deep experience leading multi-year Oracle Cloud and SaaS transformations. She specialises in driving large-scale programmes across government and enterprise clients, focusing on governance, quality, and stakeholder alignment. At Sera Neon, Kirsty ensures every engagement delivers long-term value through strong client relationships, structured delivery, and proactive service management.
Dave Lucas
Dave brings more than 15 years of Oracle ERP experience, leading advisory and delivery initiatives across both Cloud and EBS landscapes. His deep understanding of Oracle functionality, combined with his ability to bridge strategy and execution, makes him a key part of Sera Neon’s consulting leadership. Dave helps clients maximise value, streamline operations, and build resilience through well-designed Oracle solutions.
Raghav Kapoor
Raghav oversees Sera Neon’s growth across the APAC region, driving strategic partnerships, delivery excellence, and client success. With a background in marketing, sales, and digital transformation, he combines commercial insight with operational leadership. His focus is on expanding Sera Neon’s global reach while ensuring every engagement delivers measurable value and sustainable outcomes.
James Rathbone
James focuses on helping organisations identify and deliver technology solutions that improve efficiency, strengthen collaboration, and support long-term growth. With experience across Oracle delivery, account management, and client engagement, he works closely with organisations to understand their goals and align the right solutions to business needs. James combines strategic thinking with a people-first approach to build trusted, lasting relationships.
Deepak PS​
Deepak heads Sera Neon’s Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) practice, bringing over a decade of experience across Oracle EPM Cloud and Hyperion. He has delivered complex planning, reporting and consolidation projects for clients in utilities, higher education and enterprise sectors. Deepak is recognised for combining strong technical depth with business understanding, helping organisations gain clarity and control over their financial performance.
Lianna Messent
Lianna plays a key role within Sera Neon’s HCM practice, working closely with clients to deliver high-quality, outcome-focused solutions.
With strong experience in programme management and stakeholder engagement, she brings a delivery-focused mindset and deepening product expertise to every engagement. Having been part of Sera Neon’s journey almost from the beginning, Lianna continues to represent the Sera Neon brand with professionalism and commitment.

Lee brings more than 25 years of experience helping organisations navigate complex business and technology transformation programmes. Specialising in Oracle Cloud, AI enablement, and SaaS transformation, she focuses on driving adoption, strengthening governance, and enabling measurable business outcomes. Lee works closely with leadership teams to align innovation with practical delivery, ensuring organisations are equipped to succeed in an evolving digital landscape.
Shon Thomas
Shon leads Sera Neon’s ERP and Technical practice, bringing over 18 years of experience in Oracle Applications and enterprise systems delivery. He specialises in designing and managing large-scale ERP transformations, ensuring that technology aligns seamlessly with business objectives. Known for his methodical approach and strong technical insight, Shon plays a key role in guiding clients through complex implementation and optimisation programmes.
Ankur Agrawal
Ankur heads Sera Neon’s Oracle HCM practice, combining deep functional knowledge with a hands-on delivery style. With over a decade of experience across global Oracle HCM and E-Business Suite projects, he has helped organisations transform their people processes through robust, scalable solutions. His expertise spans architecture, implementation and advisory, ensuring every engagement drives measurable adoption and business value.
Aditya Mathur
Aditya leads global ERP and Procurement initiatives at Sera Neon, specialising in end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations across Finance, SCM and CX modules. With 15 years of hands-on experience, he provides both functional and delivery leadership for large-scale transformation programmes. His focus on process optimisation and stakeholder alignment ensures Sera Neon clients achieve sustainable efficiency and value from their Oracle investments.
Joseph Chin
Joseph manages Oracle Cloud transformation projects at Sera Neon, ensuring seamless coordination across delivery teams, stakeholders and client leadership. With a background in project management and education, he brings clarity, structure and strong communication to complex programmes. Joseph’s focus on collaboration and governance helps clients achieve timely, controlled and outcome-driven Oracle Cloud deployments.
Laurence Knight
Laurence is a highly experienced Programme Director with over four decades in IT and ERP delivery. He has led numerous Oracle transformation programmes across the public and private sectors in the UK, Europe and the USA. Known for his structured leadership and business-focused approach, Laurence has a proven record of guiding large-scale Oracle Cloud programmes to success ensuring stability, value, and measurable outcomes for clients.
Laurence has now retired; however, this legend’s picture will stay here forever!
Bohdan Makuszenko
Bohdan is an experienced Oracle consultant with a strong background in finance transformation, data migration, and Oracle Fusion delivery. He has supported large-scale public sector and enterprise programmes, helping organisations improve operational efficiency through structured Oracle implementations. His analytical approach and attention to detail ensure projects are delivered with accuracy, stability, and long-term value in mind.
Tom Wallace
Tom specialises in Oracle HCM programme delivery, bringing together project leadership, process improvement, and deep functional understanding of Oracle Cloud technologies. Andy Worley
Andy is a highly experienced Oracle Programme Manager with more than 30 years of expertise in programme delivery, ERP transformation, and stakeholder management. His background spans both public and private sector organisations, where he has led large-scale Oracle Cloud and ERP initiatives from planning through to successful delivery. Andy’s structured leadership style and strong technical foundation ensure programmes remain aligned, controlled, and outcome-focused.
