Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Principal Solution Lead – Oracle Cloud to join our offshore team in India. This strategic leadership role requires deep expertise across all Oracle Cloud pillars—HCM, FSCM, and CRM, with both functional and technical capabilities. The successful candidate will work closely with onshore leadership and client stakeholders across the US, UK, and Europe, supporting solution architecture, pre-sales engagements, and delivery excellence.
The role demands a self-starter with strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to drive solution strategy while coordinating with distributed global teams.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Leadership
- Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud solutioning across HCM, FSCM, and CRM domains.
- Design integrated enterprise solutions that align with business processes and client strategic goals.
- Provide functional and technical oversight across Oracle Cloud implementations.
Pre-Sales & Client Engagement
- Support pre-sales activities, including solution proposals, RFP responses, solution demonstrations, and client workshops.
- Collaborate with onshore leadership to develop winning solution strategies.
- Present complex solutions to executive and business stakeholders.
Delivery & Implementation
- Provide solution governance and oversight across project lifecycle phases, including discovery, design, build, test, and deployment.
- Guide offshore delivery teams to ensure high-quality implementation and best practices.
- Resolve complex cross-pillar integration and architectural challenges.
Global Collaboration
- Work closely with onshore teams in the US, UK, and Europe to develop and deliver client solutions.
- Act as the offshore solution authority, ensuring alignment between global teams.
- Provide mentoring and leadership to offshore functional and technical consultants.
Strategic & Business Alignment
- Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions.
- Drive innovation and recommend industry best practices and accelerators.
- Identify opportunities for process optimisation, automation, and digital transformation.
Required Skills & Experience
- 15+ years of experience in Oracle applications, with significant experience in Oracle Cloud implementations.
- Proven expertise across Oracle Cloud HCM, FSCM, and CRM modules.
- Strong understanding of both functional processes and technical architecture, including integrations, extensions, and reporting.
- Demonstrated experience in solution architecture and enterprise transformation programs.
- Experience supporting pre-sales, RFP responses, and solution demonstrations.
- Strong experience working with global delivery models and offshore/onshore collaboration.
Preferred Experience
- Significant experience working with clients in the US, UK, and Europe.
- Background in consulting, system integration, or large-scale transformation programs.
- Exposure to enterprise integration frameworks, data migration strategies, and cloud architecture.
- Experience leading multi-pillar Oracle Cloud programs.
